Each Workshop will be on a different subject ranging from weight loss to food prep to specific exercises...whatever your needs are we have it covered. Places must be booked as there is limited availability.

Following the government announcement yesterday, as of today, Friday 10th December, please can you all wear face coverings through the public areas. Once in the gym and poolside, coverings can be taken off but remember to put them back on when leaving those areas.

We will be starting our Members Workshops this month, Monday 13th December at 8pm and Thursday 16th December at 12.30pm. This is to help expand your knowledge and understanding related to a subject on anything Health & Fitness, the first topic is on Well-being. Each Workshop will be on a different subject and if there is any subject you wish the Workshop to be based upon then please let us know. You can book at reception but there are limited places...so get in quick to avoid disappointment.

Good morning everyone on this rather chilly and frosty morning.
I just wanted to bring to your attention a change to the class timetable...as of Monday 8th November at 6pm we will be running Combat Fitness replacing Yoga. Sam runs a fantastic class that is fun and hard work giving you everything need and want from a class.
I hope everyone is well.
I just wanted to bring to your attention during half-term week we will be trialling a child swim session each day at 2.30pm-4.00pm. This is only a trial for half-term to help ease the pressure of hotel guests staying. The weekend child swim sessions are staying the same.
The timing chosen is during the quietest part of the day so would cause the least amount of disruption for members. This is open for members to bring children in too.
