I L O V E YOU BALI! ๐ฎ๐ฉ Thank you for teaching me new yoga styles! Trying and challenging myself with new foods, making AMAZING memories!! And meeting people that have turned into great friends that I will stay in contact with and see on my next travels!! What a great first day in Singapore ๐ธ๐ฌ went to .sg to the and hugged the CUTEST pugs!!! Went to to do a little fun shopping then travelled on the MRT to and where I honestly felt soooo much love and gratitude to be alive and to see these sights again!! Singapore you are one beautiful city!!! Canโt wait to see what tomorrow has in store for me!!

Studio life has been put on hold so Zoom classes it is! Which still has a lot of positives!! Also means I can offer a lot more class slots! So starting from Monday 9th November the schedule will be as shown every week of lockdown:

Wow! What a week!! I can officially say I am a qualified Rocket Teacher ๐๐ I can honestly say I am actually super proud of myself for achieving this! And canโt wait to start teaching a yoga practice that I have fallen SO in love with!! A MASSIVE THANK YOU to the wonderful for sharing all your knowledge and support through out this amazing week!! I am so grateful!! Will definitely be starting a โIntroduction to Rocket yogaโ class very very soon!! Who is interested???

โYou are enoughโ ๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ Today has been a tough day on the Rocket Yoga course with a workshop on poses and postures I find EXTREMELY challenging, I got a little emotional as I felt I was the only one in the room who couldnโt do it and although I was really listening to the instruction of the two inspiring teachers I just felt I didnโt have the strength everyone else was finding! I started to get those negative thoughts in my mind โiโm not good enough to teach rocketโ โwhy am I even here if I canโt do this?โ โYour so embarrassing Danโ What I had to think after was everyone goes through this, and when I do eventually get it it is going to be so magical and rewarding as you have had to work so hard to get there, and also does it really matter? Iโve come so far in my yoga path already and I need to congratulate myself and be proud of myself for making it through the week so far!! is such an amazing experience and canโt wait to learn more on the next two days!! Today Iโm off on a mini journey... not quite the Indian sun (as I would love to have with me right now) but to a very slightly colder, darker london ๐๐ผโโ๏ธโค๏ธ๐ฌ๐ง for a weeks Rocket Yoga Course! Although Iโm very anxious, I am beyond excited to jump into studying a yoga sequence that has kept me sane throughout this pandemic!! Being introduced to this style at the beginning of the year by the AMAZING at I was instantly drawn and inspired! not only by Alanโs passion for the practice but towards the practice itself and looked forward to his classes every week! Pandemic hit and I traveled back to the UK where I found Alan teaching everyday on Zoom, I would wake up most mornings and jump on my mat to join in and from then on also started to venture out to other inspiring teachers such as and I am absolutely hocked on the feeling of joy and contentment the practice brings to my day and after seeing Marcus advertise his training course I just had to get myself on the course!! So here I am today heading up to London to start bright and early tomorrow!! ๐ค๐ผ๐๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ๐

Not my usual Tuesday look... Normally hitting my yoga mat with a hard core Rocket Class ๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ but today is a special day! Today is my Mums Birthday ๐ The main inspiration in my life! She is the most special woman and if I can be half as generous, successful, kind, thoughtful, loving and caring as she is by the time Iโm 55 I will be onto a winner!!! She is absolutely amazing and has supported me throughout my WHOLE LIFE!! Never judged me always been behind me through all my crazy ideas and crazy decisions he is literally THE BEST!!! I love you more then you can EVER imagine mum โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

Today I rest... ๐๐ผ๐คซ Your body knows when you have been pushing yourself that little too much, and you must listen and honour it as otherwise it will never gain strength to be able to reach those high goals! As much as I adore doing my challenging yoga classes everyday today my body is telling me no! So im listening! Balancing in postures ALWAYS helps me quieten down my mind whether it be a posture such as pincha mayurasana (forehand stand) or a more simple pose such as just balancing on one leg it all has the same effect! Taking that concentration to the present moment... there is no way we could hold such Balances if we are worrying about something in the past or future!
