Glazing!
It’s been an extremely busy summer for us. Like a lot of our work we are under either NDA or the owner has asked for no pictures.
We do how ever had a full glazing team that are ready to work around the world in assisting and fitting marine glass.

We have recently taken stock of this lovely Brazilian mahogany, restoring lovely boats is one job finding the right materials is another.
We take great pride in making sure the boat is restored correctly to the drawings but also with the correct materials, fixings and glues.

Getting ready for a new stem. With the mahogany on order we shall be laminating this stem soon ready for the old one to be cut out.

Some of the cork decking we are currently putting together.
This is a great product and a fraction of the cost of teak. We think it looks great and will transform the boat it’s going on.

Today we are in the workshop making deck panels made entirely of cork.

The new build is really starting to take shape now. With a few weeks off to allow the top sides and inner bulwarks to get painted. It’ll be the big push to get it fitted out along with the interior and in the water ready for sea trials.
