They are resistant to mould and mildew and the stainless steel fixings will not rust. Where customers are looking for a waterproof shade sail then we recommend an acrylic lacquer coated PVC, named Ferrari 502. Such fabric offers outstanding dimensional stability, an exceptional level of mechanical strength over time, and in the event of an accidental tear, the high tenacity polyester yarn structure prevents the tear from increasing in size.
