🕘FRIDAYS 9 am - 10:30 am
📍Level 4 Teaching Gym, Solent Sports Complex, Southampton
💪Free access to the gym. Come for as little or as long as you like. All of our sessions are free of cost.
👟Our female fitness team members will be on hand to give any support or advice. We also offer bespoke exercise support and advice during Ramadan.

🏃♀️10:10 am - 50 minute fitness class
🙆♀️11 am - 45 min stretch & tone class
FRIDAYS 9 am - 10:30 am

How much exercise is enough? 🤔🏃♀️
According to UK government physical activity guidelines, adults should meet at least:
- 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity per week, or
- 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week
Or a combination of both🚶♀️🏸
