Be honest with yourself…
Are you truly pushing yourself, or are you leaving potential on the table?
Growth doesn’t happen when things feel comfortable. It happens in those last few reps when your legs are burning, your mind is telling you to stop, and you choose to keep going.
You might be stronger than you think—but you’ll never know if you quit before finding out.
What’s one goal you’re refusing to quit on?

You’re not “food obsessed.”
You’re probably just stuck in a cycle that’s making food take up way more mental space than it needs to.
Food noise can look like:
* constantly thinking about your next meal
* feeling guilty after eating certain foods
* saving calories all day then overeating at night
* being “good” Monday–Friday then feeling out of control on weekends
* restarting every Monday
And usually?
More restriction isn’t the answer.
A lot of the time, food noise gets louder when you’re:
not eating enough, skipping meals, cutting out foods you enjoy, or stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset.
You don’t need to earn your food.
You don’t need to punish yourself after eating more than planned.
And you definitely don’t need another extreme reset.
You need habits that actually support you physically AND mentally. 🤍
DM me “FOOD” if this is something you’re struggling with and want support with.

“i just want to feel confident in a bikini” 🫶
I hear this all the time, especially this time of year…
and most women think that means:
eat less, do more, drop as much weight as possible and then maybe they’ll feel good enough
but honestly?
that’s not where confidence comes from
this photo was show day…
the leanest I’ve ever been 👀
and I’m telling you now, I didn’t just suddenly wake up feeling 100% confident because I looked like this
because confidence isn’t a body fat %
it’s how you feel in yourself
the girls I work with aren’t just chasing a look…
they’re:
lifting heavier 💅
fuelling their bodies properly 🍓
not restarting every Monday 🙃
actually starting to feel like themselves again
so when summer comes around and they put a bikini on…
they’re not picking themselves apart in the mirror
they’re not hiding at the back of the beach
they feel strong
they feel confident
they feel like them again 🤍
if that’s the kind of energy you want this summer…
message me “SUMMER” 💌

If you grew up thinking a biscuit was a “syn,” chances are food started feeling a lot more emotional than it ever needed to be 👀😂
One meal doesn’t make you healthy.
One meal doesn’t ruin your progress either.
Yes — some foods are going to support your goals better than others.
More protein, more fibre, more nutrients = usually better energy, recovery, fullness & progress.
But calling foods “good” and “bad” often creates:
* guilt around eating
* binge/restrict cycles
* all-or-nothing thinking
* the “I’ve blown it now” mindset
A chocolate bar isn’t “bad.”
A salad isn’t “good.”
They just serve different purposes.
You can care about your goals without fearing food.
That balance is what actually lasts 💛
Save this for the days you feel guilty for eating something you enjoy.

I have weighed myself nearly every day for the past 3 years — but here’s why it’s not obsession 👇
I don’t use the scale to judge myself.
I use it as data.
✨ I weigh myself daily and take a weekly average
✨ I use the trend over time to see if I’m moving toward the goal intended
✨ I don’t rely on the scale alone — progress pictures, strength, energy, measurements, recovery, mood and performance all matter too
✨ I understand there are SO many things that can make body weight fluctuate day to day:
• poor sleep
• stress
• sodium intake
• hydration
• menstrual cycle
• digestion
• training intensity
Your weight can change overnight without body fat changing at all.
This is why I don’t panic over one random weigh-in, and why I don’t let the scale define my progress or my worth.
Weight loss (and weight gain) isn’t linear. Real progress rarely looks like a straight line — it’s full of fluctuations, plateaus and moments where patience matters more than perfection.
For me, daily weigh-ins have actually helped me become less emotional about the scale because I’ve learned to see the bigger picture instead of attaching meaning to one number.
The goal isn’t to obsess over your body.
The goal is to understand it better 👏
If you’ve ever felt frustrated by the scale, send me a message with the word “CONFIDENCE” and let’s talk about building a healthier relationship with progress 💌
