Life takes over

We are going to do something called the pyramid
In the video, I am going to show you how to do it
Then when you do it yourself I want you to do -> 10 reps of each one 💪

Cable machines / workouts are a great way to increase the amount of “time under tension” meaning the specific muscles that you’re using are working for a longer period of time therefore this increases the speed you achieve results!
