We are going to do something called the pyramid

In the video, I am going to show you how to do it

Then when you do it yourself I want you to do -> 10 reps of each one ๐Ÿ’ช

When we have a new man or women apply to work with us

They come in for an initial chat to see if what we offer is right for them

And if they are a good fit for what we offer!

We hear all kinds of reasons as to why they want to join

I love the goals and target they set

And the reasons why they want to hit them


What really frustrates me though is hearing that they are

Petrified to step into a gym

Whether they are a guy or a lady

We see it all the time

They look so scared walking into the private studio

They sit down shaking

They just donโ€™t know what to expect

They have heard all the nightmare stories in the past

Yet by the end of the session

They are walking out




They might not have even joined us

But they are for sure ready to start getting the results they want

First of all we show them that we are not your typical gym

We have our own PRIVATE STUDIO

This means no staring or judging

We show them how food can be so easy to get results and work for the whole family

We show them some real simple exercise that even our oldest clients who is 71 can do

We show them a few mindset & motivational tricks that can keep them focused and on track when those bad days come

Because trust me

Those bad days do come

Day one - Week 9!
63kg - 59kg (weight)
32.2% - 29.8% (body fat percentage)
35inches - 32.2inches (chest measurement)
33inches - 30inches (belly measurement)
40.5inches - 38inches (bum measurement)

As you can see persistence pays off!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Side note I like how she matches each different colour of asic trainers with her outfit ๐Ÿ˜‚ fitness and fashion


Cable machines / workouts are a great way to increase the amount of โ€œtime under tensionโ€ meaning the specific muscles that youโ€™re using are working for a longer period of time therefore this increases the speed you achieve results!
