Didn’t think I’d ever be able to say I’ve completed a Tough Mudder. Not going to lie, it’s been years of training and a spontaneous attitude to do it. So pleased to have had my team around me. The atmosphere was the best and we all worked together. Thank you all


It's taken 2 years. It's not a sprint and I'm not at the finish line. I decided I need to make some lifestyle changes, develop a better relationship with food and improve my fitness and health. I have no interest in body building (good job I know haha) I just want to live a happier healthier life while still enjoying some competitiveness and personal challenges. I've actually upped my food this last week as I have a armwrestling match coming up but nothing drastic, is helping me enjoy a healthy relationship with food and keeping me accountable. Training is planned by myself, I'm loving the journey.

For the non believers, or those struggling for motivation. Remember where you’ve come from. There’s no need to wait for the New Year to rock round to start making changes to your lifestyle. I’ve decided to document my progress from now on after years of good but inconsistent training. Who said eating out has to be unhealthy?! I’ll admit I did treat myself ➡️ but it was worth it!


Client progress update: she’s done an amazing job to lose a staggering 5kgs (11lbs) body fat, maintained muscle mass and drastically improve her fitness. The photos are roughly 3 months apart. This is what realistic and sustainable changes look like when you put in the hard work. Well done keep pushing yourself to be your best!! 💪👊
