It's taken 2 years. It's not a sprint and I'm not at the finish line. I decided I need to make some lifestyle changes, develop a better relationship with food and improve my fitness and health. I have no interest in body building (good job I know haha) I just want to live a happier healthier life while still enjoying some competitiveness and personal challenges. I've actually upped my food this last week as I have a armwrestling match coming up but nothing drastic, @titannutriti0n is helping me enjoy a healthy relationship with food and keeping me accountable. Training is planned by myself, I'm loving the journey.

Got Hannah @hannah_the_tramp to do the press up challenge. The best part is she didn’t know she was doing it with until I told her afterwards. When asked why I did say anything earlier I replied β€œwould you have done it if I had told you?” The successive silence confirmed my theory πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ smashing effort though well done! An awesome 13:41 and EVERY rep was full body!! 😱😱πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ awesome!
