Some facts about the sacral chakra!
The affirmation for the sacral chakra is "I feel".
The sacral chakra, also known as Svadhisthana is located just below the navel.
When unbalanced it can leave us feeling detached and isolated, with a lack of creative inspiration. Some physical symptoms of an unbalanced sacral chakra include kidney and bladder problems.
When the sacral chakra is balanced you'll feel and experience life to its fullest.
Some great yoga poses to balance the sacral charka are Goddess pose, reverse warrior, half splits, lizard pose and half pigeon.
The colour of the sacral chakra is orange so working with orange crystals such as carnelian can help with balancing, as well as orange foods such as sweet potato, carrots, oranges and pumpkin.
