This is a really good video from Bridget Pallas about meditation and specially to do it with your children.

Such amazing benefits to do it with children and so much less complicated than everyone things.

Give it a try and install a routine with your family to meditate everyday even if just 5mins, you will notice things shifting very quickly.
We had No Limits at the studio today for a special class dedicated to detox the mind and the body.

Some very powerful learnings about Yoga and how to fuel the body not only with food and drink but also with our words and our thoughts.

It was a tough class but the girls did amazingly well ๐Ÿ’ช.

Some facts about the sacral chakra!

The affirmation for the sacral chakra is "I feel".

The sacral chakra, also known as Svadhisthana is located just below the navel.

When unbalanced it can leave us feeling detached and isolated, with a lack of creative inspiration. Some physical symptoms of an unbalanced sacral chakra include kidney and bladder problems.

When the sacral chakra is balanced you'll feel and experience life to its fullest.

Some great yoga poses to balance the sacral charka are Goddess pose, reverse warrior, half splits, lizard pose and half pigeon.

The colour of the sacral chakra is orange so working with orange crystals such as carnelian can help with balancing, as well as orange foods such as sweet potato, carrots, oranges and pumpkin.

Some facts about the root chakra!

Affirmations: I am secure, I am safe, I am grounded.

The root chakra, also known as Muladhara is located at the very base your spine.

When unbalanced it can leave us feeling insecure, anxious and lethargic. Some physical symptoms of an unbalanced charka include bladder problems and lower back pains.

When the root chakra is balanced we can feel secure and grounded. You may also find you have better eating habits, and a better sleep schedule.

Some great yoga poses to help get the energy of the root chaka following are Malasana, Mountain pose and Warrior II.

Crystals such as red jasper, obsidian, hematite and smoky quartz are great for balancing the root chakra too.
