True confidence doesn’t come from that scale number you’re chasing. It comes from the moment you take action to get there.

Self confidence is trashed when you have to keep starting again every Monday because your method of getting there simply cannot work long term. Yes you lose weight quickly, but you can’t keep it up and you quit and regain it. Every summer you reach that point where you realise you don’t feel good in shorts, you can’t wear a swim suit or bikini. And you want to hide.

Things I’ve still done while in a fat loss phase 👀

You might be surprised to see that success doesn’t come from perfection and restriction. That’s when things fall apart after a couple of weeks, because it’s so damn miserable and difficult to stick to! Anyone would fail, it doesn’t make you weak.

As a girl who LOVES food, if I’d restricted heavily my intake and overdone the exercise, I’d have given up after week 1! Because I’m human, and I’d have felt exhausted and so hungry!

The answer is balance!
