NEW CLASS ALERT!!

Starting Friday 24th Jan, I will be teaching a new Dancefit class at David Lloyd Southend at 16:40.

I have sone great cheesy songs for us to sing and dance to which will leave us laughing and ready for the weekend. I look forward to seeing you there!!

NEW CLASS ALERT!!

From Friday 10th January I will be teaching a brand new aqua class at 2:30pm every Friday at Swimming Tales on Lubbards Farm just off Hullbridge Road!!!

Non members are welcome as you pay per class. If you would like any further information, please let me know.

From 11/09 I will be doing an aqua class at Swimming Tales in Rayleigh at 2.30pm.

Non members are welcome at a cost of £9 per class.

A question for all of my Aqua peeps - How would you like the next mix to look?

Would you like it to stay the same sort of thing I did this time?
Would you like it so the music is just in the background and we do moves for longer periods?
Would you like it to be more like aqua Zumba?
Would you like it to be something other (please leave suggestions)?

I know you have been enjoying the current mix, but this is your workout and I want to make sure you are enjoying it going forward 🙂

Just a heads up that I am covering the lovely Jo B's Dance Fit at David Lloyd Southend on Wednesday 11am and 5.35pm and Friday at 12.30pm. Would love to see you there 😊

Combat 28

Remember they all come in 30, 45, 55 min formats, so you can fit them in at times to suit you.
