Fancy trying Zumba with a twist? Zumba+Lift is Zumba’s new format. It mixes Zumba with weight training. I’ve been teaching this for a few months now and it’s so much fun! Message me to try it out! No membership needed
Can’t make it to TruGym on a Friday? I also have Zumba+Lift at JD gyms Tuesday at 5pm. You can purchase a day pass to join at the gym
