Today we drew 3-3 with Perry St at home in our final game of the season. This caps a great finish to the season with nine wins and one draw in our final 10 games, and securing third place in Division B.
Despite us dominating the first half Perry St scored first from a well taken free kick, but as always our girls battled back to go in at half time leading 2-1 with both goals coming from great wing play by Hallie, and scored by Rosie and Florence.
In the second half the girls picked up where they left off, with an excellent cross from Dee and the goal converted by Hallie.
As the girls began to tire they could not hold onto the lead, Perry St finished strong scoring two, the equaliser being the last kick of the game.
Bella was our ‘Player of the Match’ for her energetic display and excellent all round play.
In the words of one of our parents: “Well done girls! Another good season for the Rams! The girls should be really proud of what they’ve achieved this year under challenging circumstances. Thanks Dan & Rich for all your time and efforts!”

💔15-year-old Harvey who plays for Woolavington FC in Somerset is facing stage 4 brain cancer. The club have retired his number as he will now no longer be able to play again. For those who understand what stage 4 brain cancer means, you’ll know that time is precious and the family are literally taking each day as a blessing, but time is running out. Right now, our focus is making sure that every single day he has left is filled with as much love, kindness, and connection as possible.
Harvey celebrated his 15th birthday just two weeks ago, and we want to keep that feeling going — to show him that people far beyond his immediate world are thinking of him, rooting for him, and sending him strength.
We would love every team reading this to take a moment to send Harvey a birthday card. A few words from your players, a simple message, even just a signature — it all adds up to something truly meaningful. Imagine the impact of dozens, even hundreds, of cards arriving just for him.
Let’s come together as a community and give Harvey something unforgettable: the feeling that he is surrounded by support, care, and love.
Please send birthday cards to:

We will collect and forward every card to Harvey.
Thank you for helping us make this happen.

Today we won our penultimate match of the season away to Buckhurst Hill Leopardesses 1-6. This was our ninth win in a row and we remain second in Division B.
After a four month absence due to injury we welcomed back Skye in goal!
Florence playing on the left today scored our first goal, after a defence splitting pass from Iona.
Rosie made it 0-2 soon after.
Blessing scored the next two goals to take us into half time 0-4 - one of which was a great volley after some brilliant wing play from Delilah.
Blessing completed her hat-trick in the second half with an impressive solo effort.
Buckhurst Hill scored to make it 1-5.
Florence scored our final goal, a side footed effort from a Rosie cross.
Blessing was the ‘Player of the Match’ for scoring three quality goals and a strong all round performance in midfield.
On Sunday we played against Buckhurst Hill Leopardesses and won 8-0. This was our 8th win in a row - we have won every match in 2026 - and we are currently second in the league.
In Dan’s words all the girls were awesome, our performance was built from a really strong defensive foundation and the passing and fluidity from the attackers was brilliant to watch.
The goalscorers in order of goals scored were: Hallie with two, Iona, Dee, Bella, and Rosie with a hat trick.
Iona was awarded “Player of the Match” for her impeccable performance in goal for a half, and for managing to score too.
Eva-Grace had a great half in goal and pulled off a stunning save at a pivotal point of the game when it was 2-0.

We played against Island Girls yesterday on a lovely spring morning.
It was Florence’s turn in goal for the first half.
We dominated this half, with Hallie scoring both goals. The first was after good wing play by Dee. The second was a finish from close range. Island Girls scored just before half time to make it 2-1.
Phoebe was in goal in the second half.
Island Girls put us under pressure but our defence held firm. Dee scored our third. Island Girls made it 3-2 soon after with a breakaway goal and that’s how it finished.
Well done Hallie on being awarded Manager’s Player of the Match due to her two goals and an assist, and for her high energy and hard work.

It was a dogged display from the girls on International Women’s Day against Stanway, resulting in us winning 1-0 and making it six wins in a row now for us! Rosie got the only goal of the game with an assist from Sofia.
Both Sofia and Iona were brilliant in goal - with a half each - in Skye’s absence.
Sofia was awarded the Player of the Match for her excellent all round display.
Amelia was great on her debut in defence.
It was good to be back! We have another break now though and return on 22nd March when we play away against Island Girls.
After a slow start and conceding an early goal the girls were deserved 3-1 winners against Island Girls yesterday.
Despite us creating a host of chances it took until the final 15 minutes before we beat the Island Girls keeper who was magnificent throughout pulling off some very important saves.
Bella scored our first with a smart finish. Rosie got our second knocking a low ball across the keeper and into the far corner of the goal. Delilah scored our third with a powerful shot from the edge of the area.
Delilah received the Manager’s Player of the Match for being a constant attacking threat the whole game and for her perseverance until she got a goal.
