So it’s been a while.
Lots of comps done in the last few weeks. Results to follow. Well done all.
However a special note to this weekend.
IKGA England at the British Four Nations championship in Scotland.
Two students from Thorpe Bay competed in three categories and come away with medals in each. Congratulations to Jayne and Nila.
Hard work and sacrifice pays off.

It is with great sadness to learn the passing of Shihan Tony Childs. Condolences go to his family and friends.
Shihan Tony was the chief instructor for IKGA England for many years and helped propagate Yamaguchi Goju Kai’s karate in England for 40 years.
May he rest in peace.

We will be bringing our Great Taste award winning coffee and a host of other popular items from our other cafe but we will be adapting and adding new products specifically for TruGym.

We are back!
We are delighted to announce that we have moved back to our original home with truGym.
truGym have done an amazing job of refitting the gym and refurbishing the site.
truGym have are now accepting new members, enquire now! Work out while the juniors are learning Karate, (Discipline, fitness, confidence).
We are recruiting. Juniors 8am to 9am and seniors 9am to 10am. First lessons free.
