Southport Super League Darts

Southport secured promotion to the Lancashire Super League’s top division with a deserved 6-4 victory over Preston in the final match of the season.

Man of the Match Dean Fitzgerald, who produced a superb 81.24 average to help Southport over the line in a crucial encounter.

The game also saw return of “The Comb” Danny Core who secured a win in his game.

Promotion now secured, the Port can look forward to testing themselves against the very best in Lancashire in the Elite Super 8s when the new season sgets underway in August. 🟡⚫️🟡⚫️
