Piloxing Portsmouth A fusion of Pilates, ballet and boxing, guaranteed to get you sweating and toned! Currently online in our healthhub VIP online studio.

A high energy, interval training mix of Pilates, boxing and dance moves that can be done barefoot or in trainers. It is now called Box BLAST and is on every Saturday morning as a live facebook class. If you would like to join in like our healthhub page and become a member of VIP, I will approve all memberships. It's only £6 a week and you get a lot more than the piloxing class.
