Start.. Stop… Give Up!
You know where you want to get to
You know where you are
And they are not the same place
You have lost the same 5-10 kilos numerous times and have yo-yoed for years
There is disciple in other areas of your life
But not where you would like to have it.. Your health and fitness
Is It down to..
Lack of time, motivation or even structure?
This is what we call problem thinking
And the next step is to start allocating blame
Problem thinking makes the problem even harder to solve
On the other hand
Outcome thinking is deciding what you DO want in a given situation
You become proactive, take ownership of the problem and
start to move towards your
desired outcome
Simple but. But not easy

Wanted to shine the light on this absolute operator.
James wanted to
Learn how to train effectively
Drop some body fat
Be able to travel with work and eat healthily
I loved the ambition.
Previous attempts to get there had left them feeling like this was a distant goal.
�He tried meal replacement shakes and Fitness apps - but he … did’t enjoy it struggled to see results and wasn’t consistent
And to be fair …a lot of people would have been put off by that.
Given up, or used external factors as excuses.
Not James
He wasn’t willing to settle for anything other than excellence.
When I told him about our High—Performance Coaching safe to say they were excited.
�We mapped the next 30/60/90 days so he had clear optics on where the pitfalls could be.
He could see exactly what lay ahead…
And he has attacked the challenge.

Things don’t need to be absolutely falling apart
You might think that the clients I work with are in absolute dire situations
In actual fact
That couldn’t be further from the truth
The guys I work with know they are capable of more And they want to release that more
If you think you could be operating at a higher standard
Guess what…
You are probably right
And
Your current situation doesn’t need to become unbearable before you take action
My client pictured above wanted to make more time for himself
He had worked really hard (and still is) to achieve success in his field
Things felt off and out of balance
Long unsociable hours
Business travel.. you name it
What he realised was
He could achieve more if he felt better
The mind and body are part of the same system
So we set out on our journey to create time and space for himself
To rekindle his exercise habits and bring all aspect of his life into unison
We used a modelling framework to capture what was working well for him
So that we could code and replicate it
This is what every high performer do
Reproduce brilliance.. whenever and wherever!
Modelling is the desire to learn.
Fair to say he absolutely smashed it!

We all have unique excellence

There is always more

Or push yourself to the limits of exhaustion in your efforts to work harder to find more
Asking for help takes courage
This does not mean you have failed
It’s means you have a desire and commitment to find more
To bring out the best in yourself.
Having the courage to let go of limiting beliefs may lead you to achieving much more
The one with the most flexibility in thinking and behaving has the most influence.
It fills me with joy seeing the clients I work with achieve far beyond what they felt capable of
Getting the best out of where they are
Then getting better with what they’ve got

If you feel there is more to be unlocked.. You are probably right
The more you ignore it the louder it gets
Your reality is your opportunity
Every time you feel stuck in a rut and frustrated

The great thing about feedback is that it allows us to regulate what we are doing and how we are doing it.
