Most of our clients don’t join our coaching programme because they want six-pack abs or because they’re trying to become a bodybuilder.

Most of the people who reach out to us have spent years putting everyone else first.

They spend most of their time looking after everyone else, but rarely themselves.

A huge shoutout to our client Scott, who has been quietly going about completely changing his life.

Most parents simply are not eating enough protein.

Then wondering why they constantly feel hungry, snack all day, struggle with diets, and feel flat by the afternoon.

Protein doesn’t just impact hunger, fullness, muscle retention, recovery, and diet adherence.

It plays a critical role in your day-to-day energy and performance too.

If you are running on:
• Coffee and carbs for breakfast
• A low-protein lunch or skipping it entirely

That cycle usually ends with low energy, poor food choices and never feeling truly satisfied.

Most Dad’s we speak to aren’t trying to step on a bodybuilding stage.

They just want to feel healthy.
To have energy when the alarm goes off.
To get through work without feeling drained.

And still be able to run around with the kids
without second guessing their fitness.

To take their top off on vacation
and feel good about how they look.

That’s the reality for most men we speak to.
