Relationships are at the heart of everything we connect with; lovers, pets, family, friends, work, food, money.
It’s all related.

After the recent, sudden death of a close friend, as well as my 14year fur companion, I’ve been reflecting on love in its different shades.

I nearly forgot my Ganesh meditation today.
Merlin’s cute cuddle with his own furry little ‘Neshy’ reminded me. A reminder that daily practises are best done first thing in the morning; before the day runs away with you.

I’ve chanted the Ganesh Mantra 108times every day this week and am so grateful for this returning support. It really does set you up for the day. Even just ten minutes.

I am committed to a Devotional Life;
one of prayer, deep listening, and loving service.

And so I want to infuse this into my son’s life too; to integrate this way of BEing.

Not just in stolen snippets when he’s sleeping, or with basic physical yoga stretching.

It is my intention to bring the Magick of Ritual into our everyday; making our connection with the Divine (Mother Earth, Father Sky, and Great Spirit) JOYFUL, CREATIVE, and HONOURING yet RELAXED.
Non-dogmatic.
Loving connection with all.

It brings me joy taking him to prayerful, magickal gatherings. Such as the inspiring All About Love Presents event in Glastonbury recently; which brought together Tibetan Buddhism in a Church, with Proto-Celtic and New Age Spiritual music.

I am committing to infusing that into our everyday too.

Choosing Loving Discipline to offer US Divine Connection with All. This is my prayer. 🙏🏼 With YOU as my witness!

Motherhood is such a huge transition, esp after being independent for so long. But I’m leaning into its teachings. The huge lesson being; how do i integrate my ‘work’ into motherhood, which feels so important to me.

In a simple sense, my ‘work’ is not separate from my life. I share what’s helped me and what wants to move through. It’s a devotional way of BEing.

Showing up in that is another thing entirely.

My discipline is being tested.

My perfectionist is being tested.

Both growth areas for me and my work.

So, simply showing up here, with a picture of my new tiny altar, alongside the toy floor (!), and my dedication to a Ganesha Sadhana alongside Integration.

It feels inspiring to receive this feedback after my Ta***ic Yoga workshops Northern Green Gathering

‘Work’ with baby Merlin is something I’m still figuring out. But when Ben can take him and I’m free to remember ‘my thang’ it feels so good! And even better to receive feedback like this.

A joy to share the festival with my little fam’, including Marley dog; possibly his last.

Pap’d in our fave local, having an incredible journey with my little magic man. ✨

As he suckled and slept, I relaxed into our field…

As mama and baby dragon, we were in our protective deep golden cave, and the energy of dragon told me not to worry; that we are infinitely provided for; that I am here to support Merlin.

From there I zoomed through my third eye.
The word Arimathea came through, an association with the Magdalene lineage? And we shot up into blue crystal castles in the sky; a feeling on Krishna; water bearers.

As above, so below.
