💙🐝 GOODBYE & THANK YOU, COACH LAURA 🐝💙

After more than 5 amazing years with Believe Sports & Services C.I.C., Coach Laura is stepping down from her coaching role.

Laura has been such an important part of the Believe journey and has supported so many children and families over the years. Her kindness, patience, understanding and ability to make children feel safe, included and valued has made a real difference within our SEN community.

From football sessions and fun days to youth clubs, activities and all the little moments in between, Laura has always brought warmth, humour and a genuine passion for supporting our children. 💛

On a personal note from Coach Dom, I know I will really miss having Laura at the sessions. We have shared plenty of laughs, busy sessions, memorable moments and probably a few stressful ones too 😂, but most importantly we have watched so many children grow in confidence and enjoy being part of Believe.

Laura, thank you for everything you have given to Believe over the years. You have helped shape what we are today, and your impact will continue long after your final session.

🐝💙 COACH DOM IS BACK! 💙🐝

We know quite a few parents have been asking, “When is Coach Dom coming back to the sessions?”

We’ve listened. 👂💛

After spending the last year focusing more on the behind-the-scenes running of Believe Sports & Services, supporting the team and developing the organisation, Coach Dom is stepping back into more weekly sessions with the children.

And he genuinely cannot wait.

For Coach Dom, Believe has never just been about sports It’s about understanding each child, knowing when to encourage, when to break something down, when to have a laugh, when to give space, and how to help children feel like they belong.

Expect plenty of energy, plenty of encouragement, probably some terrible dancing 😂, and lots of simple, broken-down coaching that helps every child feel successful.

You’ll now see Coach Dom regularly at:

Monday – Spalding Football and sometimes Monday social/youth
Thursday – Wisbech St Mary’s Football
Friday – Boston Football

We also want to say a huge thank you to the families who have given us feedback. We don’t ignore it. We want Believe to keep improving, and Coach Dom returning to more sessions is part of that.

But it’s also important to us that Believe is bigger than one coach. Coach Dom will be working alongside our existing team, helping develop them, sharing his experience and making sure the same care, understanding and standards are felt across every session.
