Beautiful session this morning!

We worked on the Manipura solar plexus chakra.

It was so fitting that one of my lovely yogis brought in beautiful yellow sunflowers 🌻 for the centre piece. Solar plexus chakra / Manipura

Meaning - wisdom power

Colour - yellow 💛

Crystal - Tigers eye

Area of the body - below the rib cage/gut area

This chakra is associated with the flight and or fight within us all. So focusing on gentle twists and turns to gently cleanse the organs.

Asanas associated with strengthening the core muscles around the solar plexus area.

Belly deep breath

‘I let go of negativity” will be our mantra for this week.

Chanting - Ram.

Yoga classes are Mondays at 7pm, Tuesdays at 10am and Wednesdays at 7pm.

Block and pay as you go options are available.

9:30am - 1:30pm

A morning of a cacao ceremony, a gentle yoga flow with meditation, followed by a cold plunge and sauna. Ending the day with a healthy lunch of antipasti’s, fresh fruit and fruit teas.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside in Wilden, Bedfordshire where we would close the day with a light lunch and refreshments.
