game- technically and physically; learning to play football at every opportunity. The team has had many successes in their first two seasons together and we look to continue this going into the 2024-2025 campaign. We have a great group of parents who fully support the team on their football journey, with some of these boys being together since 4yrs old. Players are coached to make their own decisions. Be brave on the ball, encouraged to try new things, given the confidence to learn from every opportunity, and reassured that it is OK to make mistakes. Players are respected, safeguarded, and developed socially and emotionally, as well as physically under the Stafford Rangers banner.
