6 days out - Junior BB Ellis Brown | Physique Coach 🇬🇧

Ellis, sitting it a great spot 6 days out from the British Finals. We spent a short time after his last show, shifting up to maintenance proir to heading into a short stint of fat loss.

Today, best yet. Cardio removed, steps down & in cruise control heading into this weekend.

He was in a great position prior to coming onboard with myself, I’m not taking away from what he has done before joining me. We’ve been working together for a short time of time and ready to bring his best look yet.

3️⃣ for 3️⃣ with Wayne

This one meant a lot to us. Coming in with his best look yet and handling a back to back show weekend like a champ.

Now, it leaves us 7 days out until the big one. Nailing it brother.

ANDDD YOUR NEW CLASSIC PHYSIQUE IFFB PRO💳

I’m struggling to find the words righting this right now. 15 months work with Sam, all leading to this moment. People don’t see how much he’s been through to get here. He deserves it all.

Thank you for trusting me brother, it’s been a pleasure to get you what you’ve always deserved. Let’s have some fun in the pro show tomorrow. I guess the grass was greener.

Classic Tall - PCA Central🥇

2nd show for us, 2nd win.

Adjustments made from last weekend and coming in better today, touch fuller & drier. Gathering what we need to be our best.

Tomorrow, we go again & we continue refining to nudge this forward.

Couldn’t be happier. Flying back tonight to see this in person because photos don’t do him justice. Proud of you brother.

Thank you to Jake Woodruff | Online Coach & Dan for keeping me posted and doing everything. Team business. TBT ⭕️

Natural Wellness First Timer 2027 ⏳

Travelled down to see Kamila Marciniak this weekend at Le Coach after finishing her pre prep diet. Finishing in a great spot to now see us hold body composition & drive baseline food higher.

Good chunk of the work done & now in a great position to start prep at the turn of the new year. Class work👏
