Awesome work from all players tonight in a great academy session. From starting with a warmup routine to some consistency drills and practice, to a nice quick knockout to finish the session, everyone showed what they could really do when they put their mind to it!

Well done everyone!

Next week, with the footie being on, we're going to have to cancel the session.

I know, I know, you'd all rather be playing Darts rather than watching England bringing home the world cup, but unfortunately we won't have time to get a full session in before we're descended upon by a mob of footie fans.

We will, however, be back on the 30th for more darting action!

This week and next, I am going to be expanding my darts coaching knowledge once again with the PDPA L2 Course!

Unfortunately, this means that I will not be at the academy for the next 2 week, however, our good friend and fellow coach Gaz Roberts will be jumping in to take over while I am away to make sure everyone still has a place to come and play darts!

With this in mind, can I request that the next 2 weeks are CASH ONLY as he will not have the card machine with him.

Single Leg Shootout night tonight at the academy!

Nothing piles on the pressure of having just a single leg to beat your opponent.

A massive congratulations to this week's player of the week, Issy, beating most of the lads and winning an amazing 7 out of 9 games!

We love to see these kids getting on the boards and having a bit of fun. We currently have a few spaces opened up so if you're looking for a new challenge, a new hobby, and some new friends, why not pop down and see what we do.

Every Tuesday evening from 5.30-7.30 at Kennys Sports Bar in Stafford.
