The Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials 2023

The first prize at the Defender Burghley Horse Trials (31 August-3 September 2023) will be the richest in eventing at £110,000.

Olympic gold medallist and Land Rover ambassador, Carl Hester, will this year be delivering a masterclass in the main arena at lunchtime on Friday 2nd September.
Carl will guide the Land Rover Burghley audience through the paces and development of young horses in both Dressage and Eventing, so if you have ever wondered what it takes to produce a future star, make sure you head to the main arena on the Friday of Land Rover Burghley 2022!
Land Rover has a longstanding history with Burghley, beginning in the early 1990s as the Official Vehicle Supplier and became Title Sponsor in 2005. Carl Hester joined Land Rover as an Equestrian Ambassador in 2019.
This year Land Rover will be showcasing their brand-new Defender, the toughest and most capable Land Rover ever. Visit them at this year’s Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials from 1 – 4 September.
