Happy Sunday everyone ☀️ It’s that time of the week again to get your yoga booked in for the week ahead.
A little heads up that there are no classes on Monday or Sunday this week. Sunday is our Full Moon Retreat Day and I’m really looking forward to spending the day with those joining us. 🌕✨
Here’s what’s on this week:
🌙 Tuesday
6pm Flow Yoga
7.30pm Flow Yoga
🌙 Wednesday
12.30pm Slow Flow & Stretch
6.30pm Slow Flow & Stretch
🌙 Saturday
7.30am Flow Yoga
With the warmer weather set to continue this week, please don’t let that put you off coming along. Our Stamford studio spaces have fans to help keep things comfortable, and we’ll always adapt the practice to suit the conditions.
And if you’d rather roll out your mat at home before the heat of the day arrives, don’t forget about the online membership. There’s a growing library of classes waiting for you and it’s available from just £18 a month with the code FOUNDER.
Wherever you’re practising this week, I’d love to help you make some time to move, rest and reconnect. 💛
Book your space via the link in my bio.
Which class will I be seeing you at this week?

Wow, what a beautifully busy weekend last weekend was 🤍
4 yoga classes in 2 days, 3 of them outside in the glorious sunshine ☀️ 2 at the stunning x bookish retreat with their lovely guests, 1 at the beautiful and the last in one of our cosy studios .
It felt so special to hold space for so many of you over the weekend and to have so many lovely conversations at the retreat too. There really is something magical about practising yoga outside, moving with the fresh air, sunshine and sounds of nature around you.
I already can’t wait to be back at Burghley this Sunday for our Summer Solstice Flow at 9am ✨ Spaces are already filling beautifully, so make sure to book your spot if you’d love to join us.
And if you’re looking for yoga or sound healing for a retreat, event or private gathering this summer, my inbox is always open 🤍

Come As You Are” isn’t just a tattoo on my body or a lyric I’ve always loved. It’s the reason I do what I do.
Lately I’ve been coming back to my why. The real reason I left a career in graphic design and followed this path into wellness, yoga and sound healing.
And honestly… it was never about building the “perfect” business or creating some polished version of what wellness should look like. It was always about people. About space. About feeling.
I do this work so people can walk into a room carrying the weight of their week, their stress, their exhaustion, their overthinking… and leave feeling even just a little lighter than when they arrived.
Earlier this week everyone came into class tired. You could feel it. Life had clearly been life-ing for all of us. But afterwards the energy in the room had shifted completely. Softer faces. Deeper breaths. More presence. More calm.
And moments like that remind me exactly why I do what I do.
Holding space for people to lose themselves in their practice, reconnect to themselves and simply be feels incredibly sacred to me. It’s something I never take for granted, whether there are 2 people in the room or 22.
I love watching people fall in love with wellness. Watching confidence grow. Watching someone realise their practice doesn’t have to look like anybody else’s. Supporting women through pregnancy from those very early weeks right up until full term. Seeing people arrive nervous and leave feeling at home.
“Come As You Are” became my mantra when I finally found a yoga space where I felt accepted exactly as I was in@large part thanks to .bare and 🤍. No pressure to perform. No needing to fit a mould. Just permission to arrive fully as myself.
And that’s what I hope every person feels when they come to my classes, sound healings or retreats.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be experienced.
You don’t need to have it all together.
You can simply come as you are 🤍
If you’ve been thinking about joining a class, trying sound healing or returning to yourself after some time away, this is your reminder that there will always be space for you here.
