🎾🌟 RED BALL STAR OF THE WEEK – MIA!🌟🎾

Another fantastic week with our Red Ball tennis superstars! Everyone is coming on brilliantly, and it’s been amazing to see their confidence and skills growing each week! ❤️🎾

This week, we dedicated the whole session to backhands. This is still relatively new for the group, as we’ve only spent a little bit of time practicing backhands during floor tennis before now.

This week, though, we stepped things up! We challenged the children to hit their backhands after the ball had bounced— and they absolutely bossed it! 🙌

One player who particularly stood out this week was Mia!🌟

Mia has been coming to us for several weeks now, and the progress she has made has been amazing to see. She absolutely smashed the backhand drills, took every new challenge in her stride and showed us just how much she has developed.

Mia is an absolute delight to coach and such a lovely, lovely child. We’re so pleased to see all her hard work paying off!

A huge well done, Mia — our Red Ball Star of the Week! 🎾⭐👏

🎾🏆 WHAT A NIGHT!🏆🎾

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our first-ever Presentation & Race Night!🐎🥂

It was a massive success — a brilliant night full of laughs, great company and probably a little too much alcohol!😂🍻 We hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did!

A massive thank you to everyone who helped organise the evening and worked behind the scenes to make it happen. ❤️

And a very special mention to our wonderful Chairwoman, Carolyn. The time, effort and dedication you put into the club doesn't go unnoticed. Without you, this club simply wouldn't be what it is today — we're incredibly lucky to have you. 🎾❤️

🐎 Congratulations to everyone who backed a winner on the races, and to all our lucky raffle prize winners!

We also want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who sponsored a race and to all the fantastic businesses and individuals who generously donated raffle prizes. Your support means so much to our club and helped make the evening such a success. 🙌

And now for our Presentation Night winners…🏆

🌟 Will St Quinton – Most Improved
🏆 Janine Foster – Club Person of the Year & Players’ Player
🤝 Debbie Catt – Best Sportsmanship
⭐ Britney O’Hara – Player of the Year
🎾 Sarah Chadwick– Best Doubles Partner

And our Best Character Awards went to:
✨ Sally Gooderham
✨ Dave Walker
✨ Tom Finn

A massive congratulations to you all — thoroughly deserved!👏🥳

Thank you again to everyone who came along, supported the night, donated, sponsored, helped organise or simply joined in the fun. ❤️

What a way to celebrate our club and the brilliant people who make it what it is! 🎾🥂🏆

Here's to the next one! 🥳🍾

I feel something brewing for tomorrow night… 🤔🍻

I just can’t quite remember what it is…

OH WAIT… 🐎💨 IT’S ONLY OUR RACE NIGHT!!

The horses are ready(ish), the drinks will be flowing and we’ve got a cracking night lined up! 🏆🍺

Presentation starts at 5pm, racing kicks off at 7pm!

No form guide required, absolutely zero knowledge of horses necessary — just turn up, pick one to ride with a ridiculous name and shout at it like you’ve got your life savings riding on it🐎

Everyone welcome — come down, have a laugh and help us make it a proper good night! 🍻🏆🐎

🎾⭐ RED BALL STAR OF THE WEEK – JACOB ⭐🎾

Our Red Ball players are doing brilliantly at the moment! Everyone arrived on Saturday ready to get started, listened really well and gave their best effort throughout the session.

This week’s Star of the Week is Jacob, who always gives 100%! He was also a fantastic helper between activities, collecting lots of the balls and helping to keep the session moving.

Jacob’s skills at the net are improving week by week, and it’s great to see his hard work paying off.

Well done, Jacob – keep up the fantastic work! 🌟

⭐🎾 RED BALL STAR OF THE WEEK!🎾⭐

A massive well done to Thomas, our Red Ball Star of the Week!🏆👏

Thomas has been working really hard every session he comes to, and today that hard work definitely showed! 💪

We were focusing on split stepping before hitting the ball into a targeted area 🎯🎾 — and Thomas absolutely BOSSED IT!🔥

Brilliant listening, great effort and some fantastic tennis. Keep up the hard work, Thomas! 👏⭐🎾

Well deserved, superstar! 🌟🏆
