▪️ Sports Therapy | The assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehab of muscular-skeletal injuries eg. Joints, tendons, ligaments, muscle strains, tears or general aches & pains

▫️ Sports Massage | For treatment or maintenance. Helps recovery post workouts, helps improve posture & muscle aches + essentially being a full MOT for your body to help prevent injuries

▪️ Personal Training | Either in-house general, rehab based or sport specific training to help guide you to achieving your set goals
