B-FEST 2026 in the books ✅️

We had an amazing day showcasing what's best about unified rugby: inclusion, camaraderie and the feeling of being a part of something bigger.

Our Clan players did brilliantly and showed so much composure and progress since we last ran out on the hallowed grounds of Bannockburn Rugby Club. They should all be proud of themselves and look forward to more joy of rugby ahead.

Great thanks to our friends at Borders Clan who travelled in great numbers and spirit to make this game possible - always welcomed guest at Bluebellwood Park and we can't wait to see you again in Hawick in July.

Thank you to all the players who filled the ranks on both sides - you deserve a separate appreciation post, but it mattered a lot to take to the field with pals from Mighty Burn, Stirling County RFC, McLaren RFC, Strathendrick RFC and Grangemouth Rugby Club.

Finally thank you for all the support we receive every day from the wider Bannockburn family - we feel included, valued and encouraged to do better thanks to the welcoming place you create for the Clan.

Moment of rest and reflection for now, a few shoutouts during the week and back to Tartan Touch next Sunday 🏉

DOUBLE VOLUNTEERS' WEEK WINNERS 🏆🏆

You could say we had quite a week... Yesterday the team celebrated winning the SportAbility Club of the Year Award at Active Stirling Awards Night. With so many amazing clubs across Stirling region making sport more inclusive, we are honoured to receive this recognition for the journey our players, coaches and volunteers had made over the past year. It will motivate us to create more opportunities, champion and advocate louder alongside Active Stirling's SportAbility team, Forth Valley Disability Sport and Scottish Disability Sport.

We also want to give a shout out to our scrum-half and assistant coach Ellie, who on Wednesday claimed the Young Volunteer of the Year Award at the Inspire Volunteering Awards organised by Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise. We're very proud of her passion, can-do attitude and commitment to helping others across SSF, Stirling Reuse Hub
and Forth Valley Clan. Many more wins ahead of you, Ellie!

Join Forth Valley Clanfolk and all members of the Burn rugby family as we link up for tackle-free, fun-filled hour of activity this Sunday.

This Sunday we'll have the last regular Clan session before we enter our busy summer period ☀️

From May 10th Clan players will join up with other Bannockburn Rugby Club sections to play touch rugby every Sunday morning as part of Scottish Rugby Tartan Touch programme. A week later we'll swap goose steps for dance moves at the 90s Musical Bingo organised by our pals at Camphill Blair Drummond.

June is a big one: we'll host Clans from around Scotland for our annual B-FEST game and run inclusive rugby tasters as part of Carr Gomm Sports Day.

More games await in July: first we head to our friends at Stirling County RFC for Icy's Charity Touch Tournament, and a week later take a big bus trip south to Hawick RFC to take on Clans in Trust Rugby International 10s tournament.
