Join me for Foundations of Strength – a weekly small-group Saturday morning class designed to teach you the key compound lifts in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
We’ll cover:
• Deadlifts
• Squats
• Presses
• Pulling movements
…and everything in between to help you lift with confidence, skill, and control.
