What a season it’s been for the 💜⚽️ Reddish north end purple ladies 💜⚽️

In our very first season together as a team, we made it all the way to the League Cup Final and secured promotion after finishing 2nd in the league — something we are all incredibly proud of! 👏

Although the final didn’t go the way we hoped, and despite taking the lead first, we sadly lost 7-1. But the scoreline doesn’t reflect the heart, determination, and fight every single player showed on the pitch. Every player gave 100% from start to finish and never once gave up ❤️

A massive thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout the season — your support means everything.

Special mention to our keeper Cat for receiving the Player of the Match award 🧤⭐️ An incredible performance and thoroughly deserved!

They took a bunch of nervous ladies some who had never kicked a ball & most hadn't played 9 a side football & build a strong game winning team ⚽️
They show up every week regardless of the weather & made all the tough choices none of us want to make 👏
We have finished top end of the table & made it to the leauge cup final in our first season 🏆
With you both in charge next season we are definitely contenders 💯

Our last meeting was a tough game for us & we came away losing 3-2
