Yoga with a Co-Teacher 🐾

I was trying to focus on my flow, but someone else had other ideas! 🐾 You really have to stay calm and present when your co-teacher decides your knees are the perfect spot for a stretch—claws and all.

This is the reality of a home practice, random guest appearances included.

Hoppy Easter! I mean Happy Easter! I hope you have a peaceful day.

Another gorgeous day, another walk! ☕️ I’ve had so many questions in my DMs about my journey as a yoga teacher and how I’ve developed my style for those of us who aren't 'naturally' flexible. I’m putting together a full Q&A video to answer them all. Drop your questions below! Here’s to morning coffee!

Something New is Coming: Beyond the Chair

I am out and about today but had to share some news! I am bringing a brand-new form of yoga to the channel. If you have been enjoying our sessions but want something even more grounded, this is for you.

We are moving away from the chair and getting low to the mat or even the bed. This is all about a slower, deeper pace for those days when you just need to reset. Stay tuned for the first session!

It is easy to get caught up in the pace of a busy day, but sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause.

Whether it is a few deep breaths, a quick stretch, or simply stepping away from your desk for five minutes, making space for yourself is vital. Taking that moment to ground your thoughts helps you move through your afternoon with a clearer, calmer perspective.

How are you finding a moment of calm today?

International Women’s Day is a perfect time to reflect on the importance of finding balance. Transitioning into new professional chapters has taught me that true strength comes from knowing when to push and when to pause. Grateful for the journey so far.

Desk worker or keyboard warrior? Your wrists deserve a break.

I’ve just uploaded a 10-minute seated flow specifically for easing stiffness and preventing repetitive strain. It is gentle, accessible, and perfect for a quick break between meetings. Follow the link in my bio to practise with me!

Something is coming to clear your mat...

I’ve been a virtual assistant since before it was cool, and if there’s one thing I know, it’s how to solve a roadblock.

Recently, I’ve been working behind the scenes on something new. It’s not a new flow, and it’s not a new class—it’s a "one-and-done" solution I’ve spent months perfecting to make life as a yoga teacher a whole lot more organised.

I’m keeping the details a secret for just a little longer, but if you’re tired of the "faff" that happens when you step off the mat, you’ll want to see this.

Watch this space. The reveal is coming.

Do you live with plantar fasciitis or suffer from it? 🦶

I’ve just uploaded a new video to my channel with some gentle stretches and massage techniques that you can do at home—no fancy equipment or "pretzel" flexibility required!

My goal is to make yoga accessible for real bodies, especially when we’re dealing with those pesky flare-ups.

Even yoga teachers have days where the best pose is 'lying under a duvet'. I am feeling a bit under the weather today, so I am taking my own advice and listening to my body.

My mission is Yoga for the less flexible, and that includes being flexible with our own expectations when we aren't at 100%. As I mentioned in the video, there might not be a new session this weekend while I focus on recovery.
However, there are still plenty of videos on my channel for you to explore! You can choose from my various chair-based sessions, or if you feel like getting down on the carpet, you can try my one floor-based flow.

I will be back soon to help you find your centre once I am feeling more like myself. In the meantime, Maya is doing an excellent job of supurrvising my nap.
