Beginners Plus pole course, starting Thursday 30th July at 7pm. £50 for 6 weeks, or pay as you go for £10 per class.

This course is for anyone who has done some pole before, (not suitable for absolute beginners), and we will work on spins, tricks and combos that don't require inverting 🥰 Perfect to keep costs down if your mates keep letting you down. Friendly, low pressure environment 😍
