⚽️ Pre-Season Friendly | Sunday 12th July ⚽️

Not only were the team proudly showing off their fantastic new home kits, kindly sponsored by Stanleys Electrical Contractors, but they also put in an outstanding performance in one of our pre-season friendlies.

Malthouse Marvels U13s 4–1 Biddulph Blades U13s

What a game! From the first whistle to the last, the football flowed brilliantly, with the match swinging from end to end. The result could easily have gone either way, with both teams creating some fantastic chances, producing great football, and showing some incredible skill throughout.

The Marvels played as a true team, communicating with each other from start to finish and showing the perfect attitude, determination, and belief. There really is no "I" in team, and every single player gave their all.

A special mention to Ryan, who once again made some outstanding saves in goal, while credit also goes to the Biddulph Blades goalkeeper, who pulled off some excellent stops of his own.

Keep playing with that momentum, teamwork, and determination, and we're sure to have a cracking 2026/27 season ahead.

Finally, a huge thank you to Biddulph Blades U13s. They were a fantastic team to play against, with polite and respectful players, supportive parents, great supporters, and an excellent management team. It was one of the best games we've been involved in for a long time, with everyone supporting each other exactly as football should be.

Malthouse marvels 25/26 presentation night set up. Thank you to all involved with the set up it looked amazing ⚽👏

Tonight was the night of the Mow Cop Killer Mile, and our Number 11, Sienna May, took on the challenge tonight (Thursday 7th May) for her team, helping to raise money towards new winter coats for the Malthouse Marvels.
She absolutely smashed it and achieved so, so much. Not only has she made her mum, dad, family, and the whole Malthouse Marvels team proud — she’s made herself proud too, and so she should be!
Out of 110 females taking part, Sienna finished an incredible 23rd place. 👏🙌😲
Out of the females aged 18 and under, she came 6th out of 18.💯👏💪
And to top it all off, she completed it in 14:02 — an amazing 1 minute and 22 seconds faster than last year. Absolutely phenomenal! 👏👏👏👏
You are one strong young lady and you truly smashed it out of the park. 💯👏💪⚽❤️
Once all sponsorship money is collected and paid in, Sienna will have raised an incredible £155. This is fantastic and a huge help towards new winter coats for the whole team.⚽⚽⚽⚽

One of our amazing players, Sienna, has taken on an incredible challenge—she’s signed herself up for the Tough Killer Mile Run at Mow Cop on Thursday 7th May, featuring a brutal 25% incline! 💪
It’s one of the toughest runs out there, and she’s doing it to raise money for the team’s winter coats while proudly representing everything this team stands for. She absolutely loves a challenge and is so proud to be running for something that means so much to her—football and her team ❤️🖤⚽
