Our 2026 Batting Honours Board has had a massive shake-up after an incredible day of runs across the teams last Sunday!

First up, congratulations to Raza Khan! His class 59 was pivotal in guiding the Sunday Development XI to a fantastic victory over Eccleshall CC, landing him a well-deserved spot on the board.

Meanwhile, the Sunday 1st XI were busy pulling off a complete demolition job against Barlaston CC, yielding two massive new entries:
​Almas Shirzad put on a serious show, smashing an incredible 94 off just 77 balls to dismantle the bowling attack.

​Not to be outdone, captain Qmer Ikram led from the front with a spectacular, unbeaten 117* to claim the brand new #1 spot on the board!

Blythe 2nd XI at home to Stafford
Blythe Sunday 1st XI away at Uttoxeter

A massive congratulations to our U13 star, Jack, for an absolute masterclass with the ball against Caverswall on Sunday! 🙌

Taking a five-wicket haul is a special moment for any bowler, and the whole club is incredibly proud of your hard work and dedication!

A massive well done to Nick Atkinson, who got himself on to the board after a class, unbeaten 59* for the 1st XI against Newcastle & Hartshill CC.

Also a huge congratulations to Bilal Ifticar who's the first entry on to the bowling board. Bilal took an impressive 5-5 as the Sunday 1st XI bowled Wedgwood out for 24!
