Today is my 10 Year Poleiversary! 🥰✨💜

Just a few still pictures of some of my achievements this year - this year has been very difficult to put into photos.

Much of my training progress has been in the form of new flips, regrips and transitions, and of course competing at Authentics Midlands Heat and coming second 🥰🥈

I really feel like I’m growing as a performer, teacher and artist, and I can’t wait to see where the next 10 years takes me 😅

Confession: I go for large amounts of time without working on my backbends and it shows 😂😂🙈

All of the fantastic methods and techniques, a great enthusiasm for motivating my students - a shoddy amount of dedication for myself 😂

I remember being SO bendy when I first came back from living in Costa Rica, I need sunshine and heat all year please 🙏🏽 (or cheaper gas bills in winter yknow whatever works 🤣)
