Hi Guys👋 I’m Emily and I have a 7 month old called Lenny. I think any new mum can agree finding time to do simple tasks let alone exercise is challenging, add sleep deprivation into the mix and it’s basically impossible🤣

Being a professional dancer as my previous job I really struggled with not being able to just go to a class and get moving as I wasn’t feeling ready to leave Lenny.

After seeing a video of a babywearing dance class and looking to see if there was any in the Stoke/Staffordshire area along with speaking to other mums I decided to go for it and set up Baby Bounce Bop! The classes are super fun and it just gives us mums a chance to socialise, dance to some great tunes and keep fit without having to leave our little ones at home! An added bonus is the babies love it🥰
