Morning Wake Up!

Start from Monday, we will be running 20 minute HIIT style classes twice a week. The first week is Monday 2nd October & Friday 6th October. This will then change to Tuesday and Thursday and it will keep alternating each week.

These classes are led by our Fitness Instructors and are only available for our gym members. You are asked to warm up yourself beforehand.

Come on over to the Sports Centre tomorrow, 12-3pm to have a go at Footgolf! ⚽️ ⛳️

It will be a 3 hole course with various obstacles along the way. Please sign in at the sports centre reception and they will direct you to a member of staff at the first tee box where you can collect your scorecard.

This will be outdoors on the grass area so please make sure you wear suitable footwear.
