A huge well done and thanks to our Over 35s ladies’ and gents’ teams who recently represented Staffordshire at the LTA Inter-County Championships in Eastbourne.
This competition takes place on some of the best grass courts in the UK and features many top players.
Staffordshire competed in two very difficult groups; the ladies finished third, and the gents secured the runners-up spot in their respective groups.
Clubs across the county represented both teams including Wolverhampton, Barton, Streetly, Draycott, Etching Hill and David Lloyd Dudley.
Well done everyone, and a special thanks to the team captains for leading out the players
