Workshop team bike in for a rear swing arm strip, clean and fresh bearings after a season of battering Enduro stages.

The dirt gets everywhere, mixes with the grease and starts to grind away at the frame and components.

This is why it is so important to clean your bike and carry out suitable maintenance to protect your bike and keep it running well.

Gear cable was overdue replacement as well!

The Cycling UK Big Bike Revival is back at Elmswell alongside the excellent Repair Cafe!

Session Cycles will be delivering FREE bicycle safety checks and minor repairs to adult bikes at Wesley Hall, School Road, Elmswell, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP30 9EE on Saturday 19th September 2026, 12.00-4.00pm.

Gears, brakes and tyres can all be checked and adjusted. We can even offer a safety check of the bike and provide you with a list of reccomendations.

All set up at the Wesley Elmswell for today’s Cycling UK free adult bike fix session.

We will be here 12.00 to 4.00pm offering free bicycle safety checks and minor repairs.

Still slots available so head on over and book your adult bikes in.

Great to see the Turvec bicycle repair stand in place. Thanks to Elmswell PC and Mid Suffolk District Council.

Whilst you are here, check out the coffee, cake and pastry selection in the coffee shop. Highly rated!

That’s it for The Malverns Classic posts. Now back to the workshop and the tools.

Final gratuitous ‘look at me’ photo with a post-Enduro dusty look!

Hard graft, finished it, enjoyed it. Now looking forward to the next challenge and getting prepped for the 2027 season.

Great to see the Session Cycles Little Rippers riders out on the track at The Malverns Classic.

Silver medal position in the Quad Eliminator and an awesome performance across the other races.

Pleased to report that we both made it around the Retro XC course at The Malverns Classic!

Great fun and some amazing bikes and riders.

Amazing atmosphere and banter from riders and crowd alike!
