Balance - Yoga for Autumn

Starts Tuesday September 30th 530-630 Glenluce Public Hall

(6 weeks exc. 21st & 28th Oct)

This is my absolute favourite time of year when the high energy of summer begins to slowly transform into a softer, more gentle energy, as the days become shorter, inviting balance into our daily lives.

I will therefore balance this 6 week block with gentle vinyasa flow to encourage the body to release and let go of any stagnant energy and yin yoga to guide us into relaxation. As always classes are gentle and suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

What to bring:
- yoga mat (I have spares)
- yoga props (blocks, bolsters etc. - I have spares)
- Small pillow
- Blanket
- Warm comfortable clothes (jumper and socks)
- Water

Spaces are limited so please come back to me asap if you would like to reserve a space.

£8.50 per class or £45 for the block 6 (to be paid by 30th September) payment on the evening or via Paypal (friends and family only please)

Summer Solstice Yoga Social!

It is that time of year - I can’t believe it is half way through 2025 - the solstice, the longest day of the year and the official start of summer!!

Yes the solstice is actually on the 21st but I leave for Portugal on the 21st and really wanted to make sure I got to share this special practice with you all before I go.

This is my 4th solstice social on Sandhead, it is always such a nourishing evening and as always there will be yoga, delicious cakes, chats by the fire, a celebration & letting go of the year so far and a look towards the second half of the year which will be filled with abundance and peace for all, I can just feel it.

The practice will be suitable for all levels and abilities whether you are a seasoned yogi or have never practiced yoga before.
