💡 What is VAT?
VAT is a 7.5% tax charged on goods and services in Nigeria. Businesses must calculate it correctly and remit it monthly.
🔵 OUTPUT VAT (VAT YOU CHARGE)
This is the VAT you add when you sell goods or services. Example: ₦100,000 service → VAT 7.5% = ₦7,500 Total = ₦107,500 That ₦7,500 is Output VAT.
🟢 INPUT VAT (VAT YOU PAY)
This is the VAT you pay when buying goods or services. Example: ₦50,000 purchase → VAT 7.5% = ₦3,750 That ₦3,750 is Input VAT.
📌 VAT PAYABLE FORMULA
VAT Payable = Output VAT – Input VAT
If Output VAT = ₦7,500 And Input VAT = ₦3,750 You remit ₦3,750 to FIRS.
⚠️ IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE WARNING
If your supplier’s invoice is NOT NRS validated, you cannot claim Input VAT. No QR code = No validation = No VAT credit = You lose money.

Your job is simple: 👉 Convert leads into sign ups 👉 Convert sign ups into active users 👉 Convert active users into long term customers
You will push aggressively for adoption of our E Invoicing, System Integration, and Digital Invoicing solutions — and you must consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly conversion targets.

🌍 Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high conversion rates across all product lines:
o E Invoicing onboarding
o System Integration (ERP/API)
o Digital Invoicing platform adoption
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales conversion targets.
• Drive customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Conduct demos and product walkthroughs that convert prospects into active users.
• Push platform usage and ensure customers remain active and compliant.
• Track customer behaviour, identify drop off points, and implement conversion boosting strategies.
• Work with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion funnels.
• Prepare weekly conversion reports, insights, and performance dashboards.
• Build strong relationships with SMEs, corporates, and enterprise clients to drive adoption at scale.
🎯 Requirements
• 2–5 years experience in growth, customer success, business development, or sales.
• Proven track record of hitting conversion or sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to analyse data and optimise conversion pathways.
• Experience with digital platforms, SaaS tools, or fintech products is an advantage.
• High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
