💜 A little update about Bump, Baby & Beyond 💜

If you were expecting to hear from me about this Saturday’s Bump, Baby & Beyond, I’m really sorry that this update is only reaching you now!

I had actually scheduled a post and emails to go out earlier in the week to let everyone know that this Saturday’s event has been cancelled, but unfortunately, for reasons unknown to me, neither of them sent! 🤦🏼‍♀️ So here I am, trying again!

There have been a few different things behind the scenes that have meant this event just isn’t possible this time around. It’s not a decision I’ve taken lightly, but sometimes you have to accept that life has other plans.

I’m so sorry to all of the lovely stallholders, businesses and families who were looking forward to joining us. I know how much time, preparation and excitement goes into these events, and I’m incredibly grateful for your support, patience and understanding. 🥰

But please don't worry — Bump, Baby & Beyond isn't going anywhere! It will be back in early spring ✨️

For the lead-up to Christmas I fancied doing something a little different…

📅 Saturday 21st November

A cosy, festive market filled with Christmas shopping, gorgeous gifts, children's goodies, local small businesses, makers, creators and new & preloved treasures. 🎁

And I'm now looking for more stallholders to join us!

If you’re a small business, maker, creator, children's brand, local service or have beautiful new or preloved children's items to sell, I’d love to hear from you. 💜

A busy week this week, with lots of lovely classes and a couple of events. Here's whats on;

☕️ Cuppa & Cuddles doesn't need booking, just turn up. Georgina - South Somerset Doula will be joining us again with feeding support and baby wearing advice, and we'll have the lovely Clair | Doula, Antenatal Workshops, Trauma Recovery too!The scales will be out too, or just come and join us for drink and chat.

🫧 In this weeks Bath Babies Spa will be exploring all 8 senses, both in and out of the water. With lots of lovely relaxation and bonding 🥰

🩹 Looking forward to having Mini First Aid Somerset back for the next Baby & Child First Aid course; a must do for anyone regularly caring for a baby or child. There's still time to join, and pre-crawling babies are welcome.

👶🏾 Baby Massage and Yoga classes (for all stages) have various spaces for anyone who would like to join us for the rest of the term 💜

🍂 Mums Club on Friday brings a welcome break for any Mums wanting some me time. We'll be doing a lovely autumnal decorative craft for you to take home

Lead by the fabulous trainers at Mini First Aid Somerset, this 2-hour Baby & Child First Aid class covers CPR, Choking, Bumps, Burns, Breaks, Bleeding, Febrile Seizures and Meningitis & Sepsis Awareness and will give everyone who attends the peace of mind they deserve.

Mini First Aid partner with the First Aid Industry Body, Children’s Burns Trust, Meningitis Research Foundation & Sepsis Trust for the latest in medical research updates to support our teaching.

They have not only received awards for the quality of the classes but consistently get 5-star reviews.

This practical class covers first aid techniques suitable from new born baby and throughout childhood, and is a must have for new parents or those regularly caring for babies and children.

If you haven't done any first aid training in the last few years, it's highly recommend you do.

Babies fed, nappies changed, bags packed, messages answered, things to do and places to be…

And then, for just one little hour, you can pause. 💜

At Little Diamonds, our classes aren't just about learning lovely techniques to use with your little one. It’s about creating a calm space where you can slow down, connect with your baby and meet other parents who are navigating this wonderfully messy season of life too.

There’s time for cuddles.
Time for conversation.
Time to breathe.
Time to simply be.

And sometimes, that hour can feel like the reset you didn’t even realise you needed. ✨

Because yes, your baby benefits from the class… but you deserve the calm too.

✨ What’s On at Little Diamonds this week… ✨

September is well and truly underway, and the studio is ready to welcome you back for another week of connection, cuddles, movement and a little bit of calm. 💜

Whether you're joining us for a class, popping in for a cuppa, or simply looking for somewhere you can feel at home, there's lots happening this week:

☕️ Monday - Cuppa & Cuddles drop in, followed by our gorgeous Bath Babies Spa

🌿 Wednesday - lovely full day of baby massage, yoga and wellbeing, including our new trial class; Little Movers & Parent Circle.

🤍 Thursday - More opportunities to connect with your little one through Baby Massage & Yoga, Baby Yoga and Complete Baby Massage.

And if you're still looking for something to do with your little one this week, there are a handful of spaces available in some of our sessions.

At Little Diamonds, it's not just about what we do in class. It's about having somewhere you can walk through the door, exhale, grab a cuppa, and know you're welcome just as you are.

🫧 Join Us For Bath Babies Spa 🫧

Treat your babies to a sensory bath followed by a massage; this is a beautiful opportunity to slow down and really tune it to the babies' reactions and responses.

In this class we look at ways to create different gentle sensory experiences in the water, ways to hold and move them, and how to smoothly transition from the bath happily.

The babies massage will include a variety of strokes each week, including reflexology, soothing and settling, coping with tummy troubles and more.

Each week carries a theme and relaxation for parents as well, giving you time to slow down and explore the benefits of water and gengle touch.

You can still join us for the autumn term;

Due to a delayed delivery of materials, the date for our next Mums Club us changing... so there's still time to join us for September.

Our monthly Mums Club is your excuse to step away from the endless to-do lists and enjoy an evening that's all about you. Meet other mums, share the highs and lows (or simply enjoy the peace!), and get stuck into a creative workshop that's designed to help you unwind and recharge.

There’s something about autumn that makes you want to slow down a little…

The darker evenings, the changing leaves, the cosy colours and that lovely feeling of coming home. 🤎

So for our next Mums Club, we’re embracing all things autumn and getting creative as we make our very own Autumn Guardian Wreaths. 🍁🔔

Inspired by traditional hanging bells, these beautiful wreaths can be decorated with autumnal foliage, textures, ribbons and little guardian bells — traditionally associated with welcome, protection and good intentions.

You’ll be able to choose your own colours and decorations and create something completely unique to you ✨

And, as always, Mums Club isn't really about being good at crafting…

It’s about having a couple of hours where you can put everything else down for a while.

No crafting experience needed. No pressure to make it perfect. Just come as you are. Come and make something beautiful for your home — and give yourself a little moment to breathe while you’re here. 🍂🤎

All materials provided but you're welcome to bring personal ribbons, strips of fabric and items to hang from your creation to make it a little more special.

Spaces are limited, so book your place and come join us for a cosy evening of creativity and connection. 💜
