Another Friday night well spent 🤟🏽🤟🏽

Today we welcomed a new face, covered some repetition and pad work. It was a great session. Always really good to see the progression weekly improvements.

Consistently attending means progress in the long term. You practice. Give yourself chance to make mistakes and continue forward.

I love teaching Thai boxing, honestly, it is so rewarding. Thank you to everyone who is spreading the word and inviting people along. It means so much!
