Dear Francesca,

Eight years ago, when the doors to this dance school first opened, I had a vision of what I wanted it to become. I hoped for dedication, passion, and talent. What I didn’t know then was that a total force of nature was about to walk through those doors and redefine what this studio could be.
To say you are a special dancer is a massive understatement. You are, without a doubt, one of the most naturally gifted dancers I have ever seen. Your musicality is unmatched—you don’t just hear the music; you feel it in your bones. But what makes you truly unforgettable isn’t just your technique. It’s the fact that you light up every single room you walk into. You are funny, kind, everybody’s friend, and fiercely loyal.

There’s a famous saying in the dance world that “everyone is replaceable.” I can tell you with absolute certainty that whoever said that never met you. You are entirely irreplaceable. There will never be another Francesca to walk through these doors. You are an icon, and you will forever go down in RA history.

While my heart is heavy to see you leave the dance floor, I am bursting with pride for this incredible football opportunity ahead of you. The same grit, rhythm, power, and star quality that made you a phenomenal dancer will make you an absolute weapon on the pitch.
Thank you for eight years of laughter, unforgettable performances, and for being the heartbeat of this school since day one. Saturday might be your last official lesson, but you will always have a home here, and I will always be your biggest cheerleader.

Beautiful Grace has been working on her ballet solo only her second ballet solo and first one on pointe, her ballet work is coming on amazingly all down to our ballet teacher Miss Rachel from 🫶🏽💙
