Well yesterday was our last game of the season after a poor run of form the boys turned around yesterday!!!!

The boys started from the off passing the ball around quickly as the board inn players were chasing shadows but disaster struck from a long ball over the top and the board inn forward ran onto slotting home

After conceding against the run of play the boys regrouped and peppered the board inn goal chance after chance the management was thinking Deja vu all over again 😂 but eventually we levelled after thunderbolt cross across the box found big jack Rutherford for him to smash home right on h.t

As the 2nd half started we continued to press and the board inn keeper kept denying us what we deserved, subs were made with about half hour left which they all made a impact on the game we eventually grabbed a 2nd goal as a cross came in and the ball rolling off Micky wilkos shin for olly witheat to run onto and sliding home ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

We kept attacking and grabbed a 3rd goal for it to be disallowed after the keeper saved a josh storey shot and hitting nath truth Henderson in the shoulder and the ref blowing for handball 🙈🙈
But a decent way to end the season on a high

Well yesterday didn’t go to plan missing players etc but the lads put up a fight and put in a decent performance

FARRA 1-3 Sunderland city

Sunderland city started strongly passing the ball about which we kept tight and absorbed there pressure until they hit the post with a great curling shot

Sunderland city opened there account with a deflected shot flying past young dom making it 1.0 to Sunderland city

The boys regrouped quickly and grew into the game after a corner josh storey using his pace keeping the ball in play and delivering a beautiful ball which musty got onto the end of it making it 1.1

Josh storey worked his socks off chasing everything down nearly giving us the lead after there keeper kicking the ball of him just going wide

After the break we had a great chance josh storey keeping the ball in play battling with there keeper and breaking away and squaring it to young oli which he couldn’t convert it 🙈

Big kelv our brick wall went into 50/50 and coming out the worst between the 2 players, resulting in the big fella been taking off!

Not long after changes were made Sunderland city took the lead from a cross and the city forward notching shouts for offside but the goal stood 1-2 city

As tired legs were coming for FARRA the city pacey midfielder took a few of our lads on and curling one in off the post making it 1-3

Last night result

FARRA 1 - 1 wheatsheaf

After a disappointing month or so the boys were out to put things right especially missing a handful of players missing…..

FARRA boys started on the front foot playing some lovely football and creating some brilliant chances,

After peppering the wheatsheafs goal and missing a few chances we broke the deadlock thanks to olly witheat who grafted for goal running onto the ball after there centre half mis kicked it smashing it home to make it 1.0

After the goal the wheatsheaf woke up and creating chances of there own which young dom Johnson pulled off some great saves ending the half 1.0 up

As the 2nd half began couple of chances for both sides which wheatsheaf had the better of the bunch…… clumsy fouls started to fly in from us which resulted in a free kick about 20 yards out……

Wheatsheaf stepped up curling a tremendous free kick over the wall beating young dom

FARRA boys showed a back bone for the first time in a while a picked themselves up and looked to grab the lead again after Myles unsworth showed his pace ripping there right back a new backside and smashing the crossbar 🙈

Both sides were going for it which neither side could grab a winner big lift for us with big games coming!!!!
