Tomorrow, the North East Sport Gunners return to action as we take on South Shields Clarets in a very special pre-season friendly.

This is much more than just a football match. It’s an opportunity for both teams to come together, enjoy the game we all love, and remember two special people.

We’re looking forward to a great morning of football, plenty of effort from the lads and, most importantly, a fitting tribute to Peter and Ben.

We played the Blues in the semi final of the league cup and narrowly missed out on penalties.
