Delighted to see the news that the club has won its appeal!

A lot of hard work has gone on behind the scenes to make this happen, while the players and coaching team have continued preparing for the new season.

For us, it means the pathway into senior football continues. Last season, four of our lads made their Northern League debuts and this year we're working closely with the First Team coaching staff to give more of our U17s and U18s the opportunity to make that step.

Several of the group are already training with the First Team squad and pushing for their opportunity.

Hopefully it won't be too long before we see a few familiar names on that First Team teamsheet! 👀⚽

What a birthday present this is ❤️⚽️

Really disappointing news.

Several of our U18s are already involved with the senior set-up, with more working hard to make that step over the next 12 months. Grassroots football is already facing enough challenges with player numbers and funding, so losing another opportunity for local players is incredibly frustrating.

Our club has always been about creating a pathway for young players into adult football. The lads have put the work in to earn that opportunity, so it's disappointing to see that pathway taken away.

Hopefully a positive solution can still be found for everyone involved.

We're interested in hearing from committed players who are considering their options for next season and feel they can contribute to a competitive environment both on and off the pitch.

Training takes place on Thursdays from 7pm–8pm at Ford Hub.
