This Saturday marks our final market, and we want to take a moment to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to every single one of you who has supported us on this journey. ๐Ÿ’›โ˜•๏ธ

From early mornings to shared conversations over coffee, youโ€™ve been at the heart of everything weโ€™ve built with Colibri Coffee. Your support, loyalty, and love have meant more than words can express.

While this chapter is coming to a close, an exciting new one is beginning. Colibri Coffee is evolving. We will now be working directly at origin with farmers, focusing on green beans, and transforming into an ally dedicated to supporting, promoting, and training coffee businesses across South America.

This is not goodbye โ€” itโ€™s a new beginning with deeper roots and a bigger purpose.

We would love to see you one last time this Saturday to share a coffee, a smile, and a proper farewell.

With gratitude always,
Colibri Coffee ๐ŸŒฟ

Coffee cherries refer to the fruit of the coffee plant, each cherrie holds two coffee beans, the only fruit that holds one cherrie is the called peaberry coffee which are smaller in size and have a richer flavour in the cup.
Each ripe fruit is picked by hand once or twice per harvest making this whole process from farm to cup an amazing journey that involves lots of workers and that with their hard work make possible for us to enjoy a great cup of coffee.
