The queen of the summer 60 is the wonderful
I can safely say she threw everything she had into this and barely put a foot wrong the whole 60 days which is so so hard to do!
Relentless dedication to the programme and changing her habits was the key to her crazy progress in two months

January I set out to get 20 pull ups
6 months of consistent pull up work
It was never pretty, it was never optimal, it was just consistent increases of reps over time
As much as you want to complicate things
Itβs simple
Better volume, better quality, better consistency over time
Recover, repeat
This is the first time Iβve hit any grip of 20, so now time to push onto the pull up grip which I donβt think is that far away
